Challenge: The goal was to understand the biggest challenges faced by enterprise IT organizations with a specific focus on Network Operations. We wanted to provide a platform for LiveAction to speak to their market as a thought leader.
Solution: We developed an initial survey on the biggest challenges in Network Performance and then a follow-up specific to Network Operations. Our team of Data Scientists analyzed the results and we developed multiple articles for their website, a full research study for reference, and infographics.
Results: Knowing the biggest pain points in their market enabled LiveAction to focus their Product Development and the market positioning of their solutions. In addition, the articles rank on the first page for multiple industry keywords. The content highlighted LiveAction as a thought leader and our Digital PR got them picked up by multiple industry publications. Our partnership has allowed LiveAction to strengthen their brand and helped them become #1 in their market!
